An evening with Jackie Riding, historian and researcher on Mike Leigh’s film ‘Peterloo’. Jackie will talk about her research methods and how she worked with curators at Chetham’s Library to ensure historical accuracy throughout the film. Curators from Chetham’s will display items from our large collection of material relating to Peterloo, including eye-witness accounts.
