Opening event for the exhibition, The most radical street in Manchester? at Gallery Two, People’s History Museum.

This exhibition explores the history of spaces of protest and democratic politics in Manchester and Salford from the Peterloo Massacre in 1819 to today, with contributions by Once Upon a Time group, Collyhurst, and the Save Ryebank Fields Campaign, Chorlton. Dr Katrina Navickas will introduce the exhibition with a short talk and opportunity for you to share your own memories and histories of public spaces and protest sites.
