DIY art collective Gang of Five in collaboration with Bury Archives celebrates #Peterloo2019 with Bury My Art at Peterloo, part of the Manchester Histories Festival. Together, they have been working with local groups Bury Creatives, Holy Cross College and The Met Express Drama Group to create an evening of art, film, music, with costumes inspired by the 2018 Mike Leigh film, Peterloo.
This will be an evening of creative and historical discussions and activities in true ‘Thank Arts It’s Friday’ fashion – ‘Thank Art’ is a costumed life drawing event, held regularly at Bury Art Museum.
