Fresh (?) from a 3-day, 50-mile walk across the Pennines, carrying a replica of the Skelmanthorpe Flag from its home village, Commoners Choir and Shepley Singers from Yorkshire and SHE Choir from Manchester will be making a tuneful noise to remember and celebrate people’s resistance and persistence, from 1819 to today.
